MINE! ALL MINE!

My cruise buddy stayed in the Cabaret Lounge after the comedian’s performance (not your ordinary comedian, kind of strange, but funny, and clean).  She wants to watch the evening movie: Mamma Mia – Here We Go Again.  We’ve already seen it.  We have the BluRay and I have it on Kodi.  But she’s up there watching it again.  The bad thing is there is no popcorn.  The good thing is, the blog is mine!  All mine! 

Today after lunch we copped a squat on Deck 4 to play some Yahtzee and as we walked by there was a miniature golf hole in one contest going on.  Two of our table mates had already played and Ted hollered at me to join as there was a place yet in the tournament.  Bonnie went around the other way to our table so she didn’t see the competition.  The staff had constructed a small castle with the drawbridge down and you had two shots to get the ball through the door.  Make one and move on to the second round.  My first shot was one ball width off.  My second shot was right in the middle so I got to move to round two.  The second challenge was putting a ball – one shot only Vasily – through a Dixie cup that had the bottom out of it.  I was the last to shoot and the only one who made it, and I won the competition to thunderous applause.  My prize was a Princess water bottle.  When Mom won frisbee she won a Princess carry bag, but could have had a water bottle.  I think now she is jealous.

The talk schedule is straight now.  The cruise director and I met this morning and got the kinks out.  “Raise a Glass” tomorrow.  “Potatoes” Thursday.  “Flight 19 and the Legend of the Bermuda Triangle” Friday.  There will be no talk Saturday.

We didn’t get the May cruse from Dublin to Vancouver, so we are planning a Western Road Trip to Carlsbad Caverns, Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Las Vegas (where we have been invited by Jack and Pam to stay with them).  I have several offers from Carnival, and we are sorting them out.  One of them is Hawaii in 2020.

Well, I’m off to post this and then rehearse.  Until tomorrow ...
